A model of the Tesla Cybertruck was observed for the first time at a Supercharging station, and Drive Tesla shared a photo of it on Twitter. The shot was taken at the Tesla Giga Supercharger in Texas, where the electric pickup truck was charging.
Tesla has not stated how long it will take the Cybertruck to charge, but it is expected to be at the maximum level of Superchargers because the electric vehicle will have a large battery, possibly 200 kWh or more. It's also possible that the EV company will boost the V3 Supercharging output to 324 kW and then release a V4 version with more power.
Tesla customers have been waiting for the electric pickup truck to arrive for quite some time, but the electric vehicle manufacturer just confirmed that no new EV models will be released this year. The decision was made due to an ongoing semiconductor shortage, according to Tesla CEO Elon Musk. "Quite frankly, we have enough on our plates right now," Musk had stated.
Tesla Cybertruck was supposed to join the market this year after its debut in 2019, but owing to the company's decision, the electric truck's manufacturing has been put back even again. The Tesla Semi and the new Roadster have both been delayed in production. In comparison to 2021, the EV business wants to create 50% more electric vehicles this year.
It also intends to build more Gigafactories around the world. Last year, Tesla delivered 9,36,000 automobiles, nearly doubling the quantity delivered in 2020. It generated a massive $ 5 billion in revenue from its deliveries last year.
