Add the prawns heads only and simmer for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, remove the heads and the stock is ready. In a pan heat oil and add garlic, lime leaves, onions, lemon grass, ginger and chillies, sauté on medium heat for 3 minutes. Add chilly paste and fry for 1 minute. Add the chicken breast and pour in the lime juice. Simmer for 5 minutes. Mix the mixture into the stock and boil. Add the squid, baby corn, mushrooms, tomatoes and prawns.
