Shahdol: A shocking incident was reported in the Shahdol district of Madhya Pradesh. Here, when a 10-year-old tribal student came to school wearing a dirty dress, her teacher removed her clothes and washed them. Due to this, the student remained without clothes for two hours. At present, the school teacher has been suspended in this case and an inquiry has been ordered.
Let us tell you that on Friday (September 23), a picture of this incident in Bada Kala village of Shahdol district was going viral on social media, in which the 5th-grade girl was seen in her undergarments. Teacher Shravan Kumar Tripathi was seen washing the clothes of the student and she was standing nearby.
Shravan Kumar, who was posted as a teacher in a government primary school run by the tribal affairs department in the village, shared photos of the incident on the department's WhatsApp group, claiming to be a Swachhata Mitra, the official said. The people of the village had expressed anger after pictures of the incident surfaced on social media. Anand Rai Sinha, Assistant Commissioner, Tribal Welfare Department said, "The teacher was suspended on Saturday after learning about the photographs of the incident." Sinha has also ordered an inquiry into the incident.
