The Importance of Vitamin C and it's sources !

Vitamin C is a very important nutrient.  it is good for skin, hair and health.  Vitamin C is needed for the growth and repair of the tissues.  We need to get enough Vitamin C on a regular basis.

Vitamin C is needed to make "Collagen" the protein that helps keeps all the organs together. Vitamin C helps in the absorption of iron and strengthens the immunity. It protects us from diseases.

Sources of Vitamin C

Fruits and vegetables are a good source of Vitamin C. Including fruits and vegetables is a good choice. Oranges and other citrus fruits like grapefruit, red and green pepper contain huge amounts of Vitamin C. Broccoli, potatoes and tomatoes also are a great source of Vitamin C. Vitamin C is also available in dietary supplements. So, if you think you aren't getting enough from your daily diet then include supplements.
