New Delhi: A 32-year-old accused has been arrested for raping and killing a 14-year-old minor girl two and a half months ago in Delhi's Narela area. Police said that the accused has been identified as Sunil and he is a resident of Hardoi district of Uttar Pradesh. Police said that on the basis of the complaint of the father of the girl resident of a village in Narela, a case of kidnapping was registered on February 15. He told that on February 19, a person named Rahul Rai, who was doing the business of making caps of nail polish bottles in the same village, told the police that he had gone to Jhansi and when he came back and opened his shop, there was a foul smell from inside. Rahul told the police that a laborer named Sunil, who worked with him, was also missing. The police conducted an investigation at the shop where the mutilated body of the girl was found from under a pile of sacks filled with cow dung-made dung cakes, the official said. During investigation, a youth named Ram Sachche alias Sachin was arrested on 20 February, he was trying to escape to Mumbai. Police said that during interrogation, he told that he had drank alcohol with Sunil in Metro Vihar on February 12 and had planned to call the girl. Police said that the accused called the girl and then raped her and strangled her to death.
