New Delhi: A person was dragged for about 2-3 kilometers on the bonnet of a car coming from Ashram Chowk towards Nizamuddin Dargah at around 11 pm in the country's capital Delhi. However, meanwhile, the PCR van present on the roadside, seeing the man hanging on the bonnet of the car, chased him and stopped the car as well. According to the police, a case has been registered against the accused driver. Reports say that the car was coming from Ashram Chowk towards Nizamuddin Dargah at the time of the incident. The victim has been identified as Chetan. Chetan told about this that I am the driver, when I left a passenger and reached near the ashram, a car hit my car three times, then I tried to stop them but they did not stop, then I hit them on their bonnet. Hanged, yet they did not stop. Chetan alleges that he dragged me from Ashram Chowk to Nizamuddin. On the way I saw a PCR and they followed us then stopped the car. The man was completely intoxicated. Accused Ramchand Kumar has said that my car did not hit his car, I was driving when he deliberately climbed on the bonnet of my car. I asked them to get down but they did not listen. I again stopped my car and asked him what are you doing?
