These two Tollywood Icon Fails to Attract Youth!

In Tollywood, remakes are abundant, and big names like Chiranjeevi and Pawan Kalyan are choosing these projects. As a result, a significant number of mega fans are unhappy and want these stars to try something new. Chiranjeevi returned to the big screen with Khaidi 150, a remake of Vijay's Kaththi. He is now working on three films, with Godfather being a remake of Lucifer (Malayalam) and Bholaa Shankar being a remake of Vedalam (Tamil).

Pawan Kalyan's recent movies, including Katamarayudu (a Tamil Veeram remake), Agnyaathavaasi (a free remake of a French film), Vakeel Saab Pink (Hindi), and Bheemla Nayak (Ayyapanum Koshiyum (Malayalam), are remakes. Given the lineup of these two big stars, it is apparent that, due to a lack of proper scripts, they have opted to safely do the remakes and play characters that suit their age and yet showcase them in a mass manner. However, the younger audience does not seem to connect with them at all. To begin with, the youth are acquainted with so much content on OTT that the majority of them have already seen the originals.

Though Chiranjeevi and Pawan Kalyan have a huge fan following, an entire generation of young people is becoming disillusioned with these films and its stars since they are not doing anything new. The only original scripts are Pawan's Hari Hara Veera Mallu and Chiru's flick with Bobby.
