This train gives you glimpse of Lord Shiva and Mother Parvati

Kashi: India's most prestigious and first semi high-speed train Vande Bharat Express will now apprise devotees of the rich heritage of Kashi through a spiritual journey to inaugurate the first phase of the Kashi Vishwanath Dham Corridor in Varanasi. Pictures of Adinath Lord Shiva and Adishakti have been placed on the inner walls of executive class coaches of Vande Bharat Express.

One of the features of these paintings is that they have been designed by the foot and mouth artists of Jammu. The train was flagged off by PM Modi on February 15, 2019. The train connects the country's capital, New Delhi, with the ancient vibrant city of Kashi, proud of traditional culture, myth, and legend. The reason behind installing this painting is that passengers traveling in the religious city Varanasi Vande Bharat express train will be able to enjoy the yatra while visiting Lord Shiva and Mother Parvati.

This train consists of distributed under-slang mounted traction system, advanced re-generating braking system, modular seat with a 180-degree rotating mechanism in the executive category, diffused LED lighting, automatic entry/exit gate, fully sided, wide, safe and dust-free road from one coach to another, Modular bio-vacuum toilets, mini pantry, emergency talkback units, and every coach will have sensor-based inter-connecting doors.
