Three important pacts signed between Jordan-Qatar, both will help Syrian refugees

Amman: Jordan and Qatar have entered into three agreements to initiate projects and undertakings to assist Syrian refugees and domestic communities. Jordan's official news agency Petra has given information in this regard. These agreements were signed on Wednesday between the Jordan Hashemite Charity Organization and the Qatar Charity to implement a support program for local communities and Syrian refugees affected by the presence of a large number of refugees, according to Xinhua.

Under these projects, services in the areas of health, education and mental support will be provided and orphaned refugees will be looked after. A health center will also be set up at the Jatari camp for Syrian refugees. During the agreement in Doha, Jordanian officials have praised Qatar for cooperation in this regard.

Let us tell you that according to official figures, there are 1.3 million Syrian refugees living in Jordan at this time, out of which 10 percent are living in camps. To help these refugees, Jordan and Qatar have now entered into an agreement, in which Syrian refugees will be looked after and provided health services.
