80 new trains starting from September 12, tickets to be booked from today

New Delhi: Passengers will be able to book tickets for 80 new passenger trains run from today. According to railways, these trains will be in addition to the 230 special trains already running and the process of reservation for these trains has started from 10 am onwards on 10th September. With this, the total number of special passenger trains will now increase to 310.

Indian Railway Board Chairman V K Yadav had announced that 80 new special trains will run from September 12. "80 new special trains or 40 pairs of trains will start running on track from September 12. Ticket booking facility will start from September 10. These trains will be in addition to the 230 special trains already running.

According to railways, no ticketless passengers will get admission inside the station in these 310 trains. This means that if you want to travel, you need to have a confirmed ticket. The railways have removed the general compartment in these special trains and the reserve seat has been arranged. That is, if you want to travel in General Bogie, you will also have to take a confirmed ticket.
