Try these tips to reduce your blood pressure 

Exercise regularly

A great way to decrease your blood pressure is to get regular exercise. Start with a simple routine of stretching your muscles. Gentle yoga or Pilates programs are a good place to start. By stretching your muscles regularly, you will improve your circulation, alleviate pain in your muscles, improve your posture, and ultimately be able to take steps toward reducing hypertension

Eat a healthy balanced diet

Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables, plenty of starchy foods like bread, rice, potatoes and whole wheat pastas. Some milk and dairy products, some meat, fish, eggs, beans. It can also lower your cholesterol levels and reduce your risk of cancers.

Maintain a healthy weight

If you cut your calorie intake by just 100 a day, you could lose a pound a month, that’s nearly a stone over a year. Make just one or two changes to your diet to begin with and build up as the year goes on. You may be eating the right balance of foods, but just too much of them, so watch your portions.
