Kolkata: The CBI today moved the Supreme Court against the house arrest of four TMC leaders arrested in west Bengal's Narada sting case. the CBI has challenged the May 21 verdict of the Kolkata High Court and sought adjournment of today's hearing. The Kolkata HC had referred the matter to a larger bench and ordered the arrest of the leaders. Meanwhile, TMC leader Kalyan Banerjee has hit out at the state governor saying west bengal governor Jagdeep Dhankar transferred the Narada sting case to cbi which is against the constitution. We know that we cannot file a criminal case against them. We are requesting people to file a complaint against them. He is the assassin of the Indian Constitution. The leaders arrested by the CBI include Cabinet Ministers Firhad Hakim, Subrata Mukherjee, MLA Madan Mitra, former Kolkata Mayor and former Cabinet Minister Shobhan Chatterjee.
