New twist in Nirbhaya gang rape case, transfer of judge issuing death warrant of convicts

New Delhi: The countdown of the hanging of four convicts of Nirbhaya has started after the death warrant was issued in the 2012 Basant Vihar gang rape case in the country's capital New Delhi. However, the four criminals of Nirbhaya are constantly adopting new maneuvers to avoid their hanging. According to the death warrant, the four criminals of Nirbhaya will be hanged in Tihar Jail at 6 am on February 1.

Meanwhile, big news related to Nirbhaya gang rape is coming. Actually, the judge who issued the death warrant against the four convicts of Nirbhaya has been transferred. According to the information received, Additional Sessions Judge Satish Kumar Arora, who issued the death warrant against Nirbhaya's convicts, has been sent to the top court as Additional Registrar on the basis of deputation for one year.

Before his transfer, Justice Satish Arora was also hearing the Nirbhaya gangrape and murder case. Justice Satish Arora was hearing the application of Nirbhaya's parents seeking the immediate execution of the four convicts.
