The fashionable lifestyle and travel personality Sean Borg is planning a trip to Mumbai in early 2020 to talk with Netflix TV chiefs to discuss a new 10-episode travel show — according to sources close to the British celebrity, who is based in Los Angeles, California. The 52 year old former TMZ television news reporter, currently known for his work with the international hotel website Trivago, has had a busy year promoting the brand on social media with astounding results, catching the attention of top brands worldwide with is marketing skills. Many top Hollywood stars, such as Paris Hilton and Kim Kardashian, who gave Sean lessons in taking perfect selfie pictures, also know of his long career in media. Borg also revealed recently how back in 1996, the late Hollywood film star Elizabeth Taylor gave him her personal telephone number and how they kept in touch right up until her death in March 2011. Though Borg’s trip to Bollywood is still in the early planning stages, he said to be very excited by the opportunities being presented to him. With his vast experience in the show-business world, his agents have also suggested him for possible hosting jobs on some of America’s biggest home shopping channels. With no official word from Netflix at the moment, on what the format of the new television travel show to be slated will be — insiders say, the series is “shrouded in secrecy” at the channel until final decisions are made, possibly by late January. Akhilendra Sahu the spokesperson for the entertainment personality, who is now becoming a recognized face in India’s tabloids, said: “Sean looking at many new TV work possibilities, and we should be making announcements in the first quarter of 2020.” The spokesperson added: “Sean has a love for India like no other country in the world — its people have embraced his work, and he is excited to visit us early next year.
