To make sweet at home, try this mango-coconut barfi. To make it, take 2 cups of mango, 2 cups of coconut dry powder, 1 cup sugar, 2 table spoon cornflour, 8 to 10 finely chopped cashews, 10 to 12 pistachio finely chopped. To make this, wash 2 mango and dry it. Peel mango to its pulp and cut the piece into small pieces. Put the mango pieces in the mixer jar. Prepare the paste by adding corn flour and sugar. Put the pan on the gas and put coconut in the pan and stir it for 1 to 2 minutes on medium flame continuously and fry it till it gets a good smell. After frying the coconut, take it out in a separate plate and keep it aside. Now put the pulp of mango in the pan. Cook the mango pulp and keep it running continuously until it changes its color. After preparation of mango pulp, put coconut powder in it. Mix all the ingredients until they mix well and cook the paste. Keep gas medium. Add some ghee to a plate or tray to smooth it. As soon as the mixture gets well thickened, stop the gas. To fix this, let the Barfi paste spread in ghee plate, add chopped cashews and pistachios on top of barfi, and press the spoon and keep Barfi freezing. Keep about 1 hour. Cut frozen common coconut barfi into your favorite pieces.
