Try to make Chicken Tikka Sizzler at home

If you're planning to cook something more delicious then make chicken tikka as hot sizzler. 

Ingredients: 250 grams of chicken leg boneless cut into square pieces 30 grams red chili powder 50 gms of ginger-garlic paste  30 grams cumin powder Salt and pepper powder according to taste 3tablespoon mustard oil 4 tablespoon water drained yogurt 30 grams green coriander 50 gm cabbage. 

Method:

1. In a bowl, put chicken and add mustard oil, red chili powder, half ginger-garlic paste, salt, and pepper powder to it and mix well then put it in the fridge for some time, so that it can be marinated well. 

2. Prepare second marinate: In a bowl, mix ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, mustard oil, cumin powder, and yogurt. Then put the mixture on the chicken and keep it in the fridge for 12 hours. 

3. After 12 hours, cook the chicken in the tandoor for 8-10 minutes or until soft. Sprinkle the green coriander on the top. Heat the sizzler plate well. Keep burning coals and put butter over it. Decorate with cabbage and place chicken tikka on it. Serve hot with mint and green coriander sauce.
