Yes, according to the information, an actress working in a web series has been raped by casting director Ayush Tiwari. In such a case, the actress has filed a rape case against him at the Versova police station.
In this case, the police have now filed a case under Section 376 of the IPC on the lines of the statement of the actress who worked in the web series and the film. The police have filed a case on the complaint of the victim on November 25. Now registering the case, the police is engaged in further investigation. In this case, a senior officer of the Versova police station said that the victim has stated in her complaint that, the accused raped the actress several times on the pretext of marriage. Investigation on this matter has started.
