Ultra violette F77 Electric Sports Bike will be released on November 24

New Delhi: According to TVS-backed electric motorcycle manufacturer, Ultraviolette Automotive, the company's first electric motorcycle, the eagerly anticipated Ultraviolette F77, will debut in our market on November 24, 2022. Unknown people might not be aware that the company unveiled the prototype of the motorcycle in November 2019.

The new Ultraviolette F77 will be produced at the company's manufacturing and assembly facility in Bangalore, near Electronic City.

The new unit of 70,000 sq ft in size will manufacture around 15,000 electric motorcycles in its first year of operation. The facility can produce up to 1,20,000 units annually.

The new F77 electric motorcycle features a sleek design that includes split seats, single-pod headlight up front, fiber covers over the forks and a large fairing covering the battery pack.

The Ultraviolette F77 is built on a steel trellis frame and is powered by a 25kW electric motor connected to three 4.2kWh lithium-ion batteries.

This air-cooled engine is rated to produce 33.5 bhp and 90 Nm of torque at 2,250 rpm. Its acceleration times are 2.9 seconds from 0 to 60 km/h to 100 km/h respectively.

As per the claims, the Ultraviolet F77 electric motorcycle has a top speed of 147kmph. It has three power settings: Eco, Sport and InSense.

According to the manufacturer, the F77 battery can be fully charged in 5 hours using a standard charger and in 1.5 hours using a fast charger. It promises to deliver a range of 130-150 km on a single full charge.

It gets dual-channel ABS for braking and 320mm front and 230mm rear disc brakes. A USD front fork and a monoshock unit make up the suspension system with pre-load adjustments.
