It is expected that the phone will be powered by 1.2GHz dual-core processor and will come with 512MB of RAM. It is rumoured to have a 4GB of internal storage which can be expanded upto 128GB using a microSD card. Cameras are expected to be 2MP rear and 0.3MP front for selfies. The Jio Phone will have dual SIM (GSM and GSM) with a slot for Nano-SIM and Regular. It will also have the features like Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Headphones, FM, 3G and 4G (with support for Band 40 used by some LTE networks in India).
