WASHINGTON: A federal grand jury of the United States is probing Ex-President Donald Trump's Save America fundraising group, a media report said, citing subpoenas.
It was reported that the leadership of the political action committee received subpoenas, as the US Justice Department looks into the group's spending, as per New York Times report.
The White House subpoenaed mid- and low-level aides who worked there during Trump's presidency earlier this week. Requests for any response on the situation from Trump's staff were not immediately fulfilled.
