New Delhi: Indian Railways makes the journey of lakhs of passengers easy every day. Most railway passengers would be aware that every coach also has an alarm chain inside, which can be pulled to stop the train in case of emergency. However, sometimes passengers pull this chain due to personal interests or stupid reasons and create trouble for the rest of the passengers on the train. Through this video, the Railways has tried to tell its passengers that pulling the alarm chain in the bogie of the train is a risky task for the driver of the train i.e. locopilot. In this video you can see that someone has pulled the alarm chain over a bridge over a river and the train has stopped. The bridge over the river is at a very narrow place and there is not much space. Along with this, there is also a danger of falling in the river below.

In the video, it can be seen that after the train has stopped, the locopilot manages to enter the bogie stairs and the very small space between the wheels of the train below it, and then resets the alarm chain installed under the second door. On the bridge over the river, where there is a gap between the tracks and the side space, no one can stop it from falling directly into the river below if there is a slight mistake. While resetting the alarm chain by entering through the wheels of the train is also a very risky task. Along with showing this video, the Ministry of Railways has appealed to pull the alarm chain only in emergency situations, so that it does not cause trouble for other passengers.
