'Virushka' save a kid’s life by raising funds for world’s most expensive drug

New Delhi: Team India captain Virat Kohli and his wife Anushka Sarma have also raised funds for the Covid-19 relief as well as the second wave of corona. This is helping the needy people. It is now being reported that the couple has saved the life of a small child, Ayaansh Gupta, who was suffering from a rare disease called spinel muscular atrophy (SMA).

The child needed Zolgensma the world's most expensive medicine, worth about Rs 16 crore. In fact, Ayaansh's parents had created a Twitter handle called 'AyaanshFightsSMA' to raise funds for the treatment of children. The previous day, it was reported on this page that Ayaansh has received the medicine and virat and Anushka have been thanked for this. This account tweeted that we never thought the end of this difficult journey would be so beautiful.

The tweet says, "We are very happy to inform that Rs.16 crores was needed for Ayaansh's treatment and we have reached there. Thank you to everyone who supported us. This is your victory. It was then said that Kohli and Anushka we always loved you as fans, but what you did for Ayaansh and this campaign was beyond expectations. You helped us win the match of life with a six."
