War Ukraine claimed the life of the first Russian general

The armed forces of Ukraine reportedly killed Russian Major General Andrei Sukhovetsky, the Deputy Commander of the 41st Army on the territory of the Chernihiv area. Anton Gerashchenko, the Advisor to Ukraine's Minister of Internal Affairs, made the announcement as per  UNIAN report.

"The first has left! In Ukraine, the first Russian general was killed. Prepare for the arrival of others!!Alternatively, gentlemen generals, report to the mountain that the invasion of Ukraine is a deadly adventure that will ruin Russia unless it is stopped right away! "he wrote.  "Ukraine is Afghanistan's counterpart. We will not have to wait ten years for Russia to fall apart. We'll put money aside for a month "Gerashchenko said.

Oleksiy Reznikov, Ukraine's Defense Minister, declared that Ukrainian defences have stopped the assault in most locations, and that the key task now is to resist. In his message to Ukrainians, he said that Ukraine has been battling Russian occupiers for more than 196 hours.

The situation in the south, where the enemy recently fired on the Zaporizhzhya Nuclear Power Plant, remains challenging, according to him, but "the fighting spirit of the people in the Cossack region is such that Russian forces are doomed to failure."

"Kharkiv is a stronghold that can't be defeated. Ukraine as a whole is watching the Russian shelling with bated breath. However, the rest of Europe now recognises Kharkiv as not only an intellectual and industrial hub, but also a proud city of heroic residents "According to reprots, Reznikov stated.
