New Delhi: As floods continue to wreak havoc in many regions of the country, people are facing a lot of problems due to landslides after heavy rains on the mountains. The weather has become pleasant in the national capital Delhi since the late rainy Friday evening. There has been a pleasant change in the weather due to rain in Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand and Madhya Pradesh. According to the Meteorological Department, there is a possibility of light to moderate rains in Delhi-NCR today, i.e. on 25 July. The weather will not be completely dry right now. The Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) has forecast rains on July 25-26. Along with Delhi, there may be good rains in NCR cities. According to weather forecast agency Skymet, the western end of the axis of the monsoon has reached the foothills of the Himalayas. Whereas in the east it went from Bahraich and Varanasi in Uttar Pradesh to Bihar and passed through Bankura and Digha in West Bengal and reached the northern parts of the Bay of Bengal. Due to the development of thunder clouds due to the monsoon trough, there may be some rain in many areas. According to the Meteorological Department, light to heavy rains may occur in most areas of Pithoragarh, Bageshwar and Nainital. Light to moderate rains are also expected in other areas of the state. Meteorological Director Bikram Singh gave information that at the moment there is a continuation of rain. It is raining intermittently at most places. According to weather forecast agency Skymet, light to moderate rains may occur over West Bengal, Sikkim, Assam, Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh, some parts of Nagaland, parts of Odisha, north-eastern parts of Uttar Pradesh.
