New Delhi: Congress veteran and lawyer by profession Kapil Sibal held a press conference on the political struggle of Rajasthan on Friday. Kapil Sibal said that our MLA is sitting in the Raj Bhavan, but no decision has come from the Governor. It is quite surprising that the government demands the assembly session and the governor refuses it.

He further said that there is also a decision of the Supreme Court regarding this. It is also the duty of the governor. The governor should not delay in convening the session. Without naming Sibal attacked the Modi government and said that the definition of democracy has changed in the last few years. Today, in the definition of democracy, governors will not take the advice of governments, they will take advice from elsewhere. Sibal further said, 'The governor will also help in toppling the elected government in this country.

Kapil Sibal said that topple the government and make his people the chief minister. CM was sworn in at 5 am in Maharashtra. In Madhya Pradesh too, the government was dropped by luring legislators to the resort of Karnataka. The government has been dropped during the Corona period. In Goa too, Congress had the maximum seats, but the oath has been administered to someone else. The same thing happened in Manipur Uttarakhand.
