West Bengal, Bihar, Uttar Pradesh, Sikkim, Chhattisgarh, Assam, Madhya Pradesh, Telangana, Karnataka, and Meghalaya may receive good rains during the next 24 hours. Light rain is expected in parts of Delhi, Haryana, Punjab, Rajasthan. A day after 487 mm of rain fell in Khambhalia taluka of Gujarat's Devbhumi Dwarka district, heavy rain continued in various areas of the Saurashtra region on Monday, causing flood-like conditions in some areas. Here NDRF has been deployed as a precaution in many areas. A 30-year-old bridge in Junagadh here collapsed due to rain. However, there is no news of any injury in it. Light to moderate rains has been recorded in Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan. Temperature remained down in the national capital due to sporadic rains. More rainfall is expected in the national capital in the next few days.
