West Bengal government's special software will track employees

Millions of people in many countries of the world are working from home to avoid infection. The West Bengal government has launched a special software to track people who are working from home. A West Bengal government official said that the finance department is using such software as a trial. The officer said, "If the trial is successful, the software will be used in other departments as well."

The employees of the state should not misuse office hours thinking that they are at home, no one is keeping an eye on them. After this, the concerned department will monitor their employees and monitor their work. He said that the government does not want any hindrance in office work even if people are working from home.

Last week, the state government said that on the basis of rotation, all those employees will come to the office, which does not have any symptoms of any disease. If someone has a mild fever, phlegm or cold, then there is no need to come to the office. Apart from this, employees living in the Containment Zone are not allowed to go to the office. The state government has suggested meeting through video conferencing and video calling to promote virtual meetings.
