Two more Bangladeshi terrorists arrested from West Bengal, will work for JMB

Kolkata: West Bengal Police on Tuesday arrested two terrorists of the Bangladeshi terrorist organization Jamaat-ul-Mujahideen (JMB). This arrest has been made from Samsi area of Malda district. The arrest of these two suspects was possible after the interrogation of terrorist Abul Kashim who was arrested on Monday (2 September).

The names of the two terrorists arrested on Tuesday are stated to be Abdul Bari and Nizamuddin Khan. Both are 28 years old and both are residents of Uttar Dinajpur district of West Bengal. It is being told that these two used to work as the main organizer for JMB in Uttar Dinajpur.

Both of these were trying to train, reconstitute and recruit terrorists for the terrorist organization, according to the instructions of Salim and Ijaz of JMB and requested the top leaders of the terrorists to meet them. The two went into hiding after Ijaz's arrest and were caught attempting to escape from Bengal.

Police have also recovered controversial literature from both of them. Based on the revelations made by the arrested terrorist about JMB and its other active members, the police have registered a case under different sections and started the investigation. Both the arrested terrorists will be produced before the LD Chief Metropolitan Magistrate. The police will demand remand for both the accused from the court.
