In the opening Test that took place at the Sabina Park, the match was played between Pakistan and the West Indies. The ICC now has fined the latter team for maintaining a slow over-rate. ICC Match Referee Chris Broad imposed the fine after the Jason Holder-led side was found to be one over short of its target when time allowances were taken into consideration. The West Indies captain Jason Holder has been fined 20 per cent of his match fee and other players have been fined with 10 percent.
