New Delhi. Narendra Modi-led BJP government at the Centre is in full mission mode in its second term. The way the Government is passing the bill is going to Parliament. The Government expressed its intention by passing the Article 370 from the Rajya Sabha. The historic move comes less than a week after the government decided on triple talaq. The Ayodhya case is also in the final stages and a decision is likely to come soon. The Supreme Court is hearing the case from Tuesday. Following the government's 370 decision, it is believed that the next step could be to implement the Uniform Civil Code. That is, the Common Civil Code or the Uniform Civil Code. There is a continuous debate in India for the same citizenship law. Advocates say that there should be the same civil law for all citizens in the country irrespective of their religion. The debate comes as the absence of such a law is increasing the economic and social insecurity among women. While governments advocate legislation, political compulsions fail to do so. It is believed that it is difficult to build a Ram temple in Ayodhya, remove Article 370 and enforce equal civil cohesion. The government's intentions are clear after the passage of the Jammu and Kashmir Reorganisation Bill in the Rajya Sabha on Monday.
