SBI alerts! Cyber criminals now targeting customers on WhatsApp

The State Bank of India has issued an alert to millions of its customers on WhatsApp fraud. SBI has said that cyber criminals are now targeting customers through fack WhatsApp messages and calls. Through this, they are emptying the bank accounts of the people. According to SBI, your carlessness can cause you a lot of problems.

Cyber criminals can make a call or message on WhatsApp and blow money from your bank account. In a post on its official Twitter account, SBI has shared tales about WhatsApp Scam. SBI has warned that cyber criminals are approaching customers lthrough calls and messages. They offer the customers fake lottery or fake prize money.

Thereafter, they ask the customer to call a Fake SBI number. These cyber thugs tell the customer that it is necessary to share the bank details to get the reward. They assure the customer that money will be transferred to their bank account through these details.

SBI has categorically stated to its customer that the company is not running any lottery scheme or lucky draw. Nor is the bank giving any kind of gift. Therefore, the customers are advised not to believe these fake calls or forwarded messages on WhatsApp. SBI has alerted all customers.
