It is said that she killed her husband's girlfriend by hitting her with an ax. After committing the murder, the wife buried her in a drain with the help of her brother to hide the dead body, so that no one can get information about it. In this case, the police has arrested the accused siblings on Sunday. During the interrogation of both, the woman confessed her crime. On this matter, Katni SP Mayank Awasthi says, 'The deceased Rukmini left her husband Naresh Burman on 11 May 2020 without informing. Due to Rukmini's departure like this, the husband got the case filed at the Kundam police station.' After that, the police investigation revealed that Rukmini was in love with Pooran Singh from the village itself and Pooran Singh is also married. Rukmini is not alone but also has two children. Rukmini left her husband and children and went to stay in Jabalpur with Pooran Singh. As soon as Pooran Singh's wife Sambobai came to know about this, she first protested. After that, the three had a fight and a compromise. According to that agreement, the three started living together in the Adhartal area of Jabalpur. She came back to the village after everyone's work stopped due to the lockdown. After returning to the village, Rukmini again resided with her husband Naresh Burman. In such a police interrogation, the accused Sambobai said, 'One day both of them went to pick up wood in the forest. During this, there was a dispute between them about something. On seeing this, the dispute escalated and Rukmini strangled Sambobai. Seeing this, Sambobai killed Rukmini with an ax.'
