Shimla: A case of murder of a 48-year-old woman has been reported in Satta Janakore from the Una city headquarters of the country's state of Himachal Pradesh. On receipt of complaint, the police is searching on the spot. This incident spread sensation in the area. DIG Sumedha Dwivedi and SP Una Arjit Sen of North area have visited the site. On the occasion, the police team is gathering evidence. According to the information, the woman has been murdered with a sharp tool. The incident has been carried out by attacking the woman's neck. It is being told that Veena Devi, a resident of Janakore Ward 3 police station and the city Una, was sleeping at night in her house. In the morning, the woman was seen in dead condition. The case is now being investigated by the police. ASP Una Vinod Dhiman has confirmed the case. He told that the search of the case is going on. Also inquiries are being made. On the other hand, three COVID-19 infected have died in the IGMC of Shimla, the state capital. DC Shimla Amit Kashyap has confirmed this. A 75-year-old man from Tutu suffering from pneumonia, 55 people from Sarkaghat suffering from kidney disease and a 57-year-old woman from Bilaspur, died of diabetes. According to the information, the resident of Chintpurni has a shop in Sarkaghat. The wife of the deceased is also said to be positive. With this, the death toll from Corona has reached 60 in the state.
