Chienese smartphone maker Xiaomi is all set to unveiled Redmi 7 today in China alongside the Redmi Note 7 Pro, which was revealed for the Indian market late last month. It will be launched under the new Redmi sub-brand in China which launched its first product, the Redmi Note 7 last month in China. The Chinese company had been heavily teasing the smartphone and was already showcased in teaser images shared by Xiaomi CEO Lei Jun. A lot of details around the Redmi 7 were confirmed by the CEO Lei June. The Redmi 7 is said to pack 4000mAh battery and be powered by Snapdragon 675 processor. Much like the new Redmi Note 7 series, the Redmi 7 will sport a 6.26-inch Dot Notch display. The top-of-the-line option is likely to cost around CNY 800 (approximately Rs. 8,500). It is likely to be available in Black, Blue, Pink, Purple, Red, and more colour options.
