Meanwhile, one day the victim told him that she wanted to study nursing from abroad. Seeing the opportunity, the accused entangled the victim in talks and promised to send the victim abroad. It is alleged that Yasarkhan took Rs 5 lakh from the victim and allegedly obtained a Dubai women visa for her for a few days. However, he did not get the visa, so he single-handedly sent the victim to Dubai. The victim stayed there for 15 days, later the accused brought her back from there to Nadiad and himself started living with her in a rented house. It is alleged that when the accused was not at home, taking advantage of his absence, the family members of the accused physically abused the victim.
