CAA: Adityanath meets Governor Anandi Ben

After two days of uproar over the Citizenship Amendment Act in Uttar Pradesh, on Saturday, CM Yogi Adityanath called on Governor Anandi Ben. During the meeting for about half an hour with the Governor at Raj Bhavan, he discussed the situation in the state. During this, CM Yogi Adityanath told the Governor that strict action will be taken against all the miscreants who created a ruckus. Today the situation is under control in the state and there is peace everywhere.

According to media reports, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has called on Governor Anandiben Patel in several districts of Uttar Pradesh for two days in protest against the Citizenship Amendment Act. After this meeting, CM Yogi Adityanath once again said that strict action will be taken against the miscreants. We will not leave those who harm property as well as government property at any cost.

CM Yogi has also appealed to the people of the state for peace. He has said that do not fall into the rumors being spread about the citizenship law and do not fall into the cause of mischievous elements. He said that it is the responsibility of the state government to provide security to every person in the state. The state police is providing security to every person. Any person who created a ruckus will not be left out. It is the priority of our government to maintain constant peace and tranquillity in the state. So far 14 people have died during the violence in the state.
