Stuff- Oats - 2 cups, Oil - 1 tsp Turmeric powder - 2 tsp Mustard - 1 tsp Urad dal - 1 tsp Curry Leaves - 5 Dry Kashmiri Red Chillies - As Desired Green chilli - 1 (chopped) Onion - 1/2 cup (finely chopped) Carrots - 1/2 cup (finely chopped) Green peas - 1/4 cup Sugar - 1 tsp Green coriander - 1 tbsp (finely chopped) Salt - According to taste Method - 1. First add 1 tsp oil to a non-stick pan and heat. 2. When the oil is hot, add oats and turmeric powder and fry till golden and remove from the pan and place aside. 3. Now add 1 teaspoon of oil to the pan when the oil is hot, add mustard, then add urad dal, curry leaves, whole red chillies or green chillies and fry on a low flame. 4. Now add onion, carrot and peas and cook for a while then add roasted oats. Now add sugar and salt and keep stirring. Now add 1 cup of warm water and cover and cook for 6-7 minutes. 5. Add green coriander to the last and serve.
