Ahmedabad (Gujarat) [India], Dec 9 (NT):  Amid the Poll-battle of Gujarat there is also a twitter war between Congress and BJP.

Congress leader Rajiv Shukla on Saturday acted in response to Prime Minister Narendra Modi's comments on Salman Nizami and said that he didn't be acquainted with any individual in the party by the name of Nizami.

Shukla's statement has appeared few hours after, Prime Minister Modi, while addressing a  public meeting in Gujarat's Lunawada, trained a gun on Nizami, an alleged Youth Congress leader, over his tweet where he  raised questions on the family background of the prime minister Modi.

At this closing stages, Shukla stated, "Salman Nizami kaun hai, hum jaante hi nahin. (We don't even be acquainted with who Salman Nizami is). He does not have any position in the party. We can also utter that there is some random person Ram Lal in BJP who alleged something."

"Kahin aap hi ka toh aadmi nahi hai (Is this a plant by you?)," he  further said.

The day before, Nizami had touted on his twitter handle: "Rahul Gandhi, son of Rajiv Gandhi. Sacrificed his life for India. Rahul Gandhi, grandson of Indira Gandhi. Sacrificed her life for India. Rahul Gandhi, grand son of Jawaharlal Nehru, fought for India's independence. Narendra Modi, son of ...? Grand son of ...?"
