Lucknow: Ten members of the same family, including four children, have been found infected with a corona in Hathras district of Uttar Pradesh. A health officer has given information in this regard on Tuesday. Brijesh Rathore, Chief Medical Officer (CMHO) of Hathras, said that all the newly infected patients are relatives of a cancer patient who was found to be corona infected after returning to the city of Hathras from Noida Hospital.
He said that the family members of the cancer patient had then alleged that they had not been quarantined for more than 24 hours, while they had informed the health department about the condition of the patient's corona being infected. He further said that about 27 people were released after a family member came to Corona positive and 10 of them were found to be infected after the report came on Monday evening. According to official figures, there are now 19 cases of corona infection in the district.
Now 74 districts in the state have been hit by Corona epidemic. Only Chandauli district is untouched by infection. Meanwhile, 109 new cases have been reported on Monday. Of these, there are 14 cases of Agra. No infected cases were found in Lucknow on Monday. The number of patients infected with Coronavirus has reached 3573 in the state.
