In this, Congress has announced to restore the old pension scheme (OPS) after coming to power, free electricity up to 300 units to every domestic consumer, 1500 rupees per month to women between 18 and 60 years.

Not only this, Congress has given employment to 5 lakh youth, starting a fund of 680 crores for the youth, mobile clinics for free treatment in every village, setting up four English medium schools in every assembly constituency, and announced to buy 10 litres of milk per day from cow buffalo farmers. Apart from this, Congress has also promised that cow dung will be procured at the rate of Rs 2 per kg and the price of fruits will be decided by the gardeners.
These 10 guarantees of Congress are being called mini-manifesto.
