Noida: Police have detained 11 foreigners, including 4 women, who were having a liquor party in the residential sector house of UPSIDA. Many criminals escaped after getting an inkling of the arrival of the police. Police seized 7 luxury cars of criminals and large quantities of beer and liquor bottles from the spot. The police reached the spot on the information of the rave party and started the investigation. However, the offenders were investigated under the Pandemic Act and the Excise Act.
