Sexual crimes against minors are increasing day by day. In another shocking incident from Patiala, a 12-year-old girl was Kidnapped and raped by two men inside a moving car. The shocking incident took place in Patiala on Saturday night.

As per the information, Both the accused have been arrested by the police. A minor Dalit girl was allegedly abducted and raped by two men inside a moving car in the Balbeda village of Patiala on Saturday night. The girl was watching a wedding ritual in her village when the two accused came kidnapped her and raped her.

The Police official said she was watching the Jago ritual at a wedding when the two accused allegedly pushed her inside their car and raped her. As of now the police registered a case under various sections of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) and the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act (POCSO) Act and arrested the accused. Both the accused have been arrested on charges of abduction and gang rape.

The minor girl is a Dalit . As per the information, the he accused belonged to the same village and was in their 30s. Both are married and will be produced in the Patiala Court today. The victim has been admitted to Patiala's Rajindra hospital.

Earlier in a similar incident in yet another horrific incident from Maharastra’s Mumbai, a 20-month-old baby was allegedly raped by a 35-year-old man in Mumbai. A case has been registered in Worli Police Station neighborhood. The police official further stated that it filed a case filed against the accused under the (POCSO) Act and Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code. As of now Police are looking into the matter and further investigation is going on. The man was arrested by the cops. This is not the first incident these types of horrific incidents are very common.
