Amritsar: The corona virus has once again started spreading in different states of the country. Corona infection is now spreading to schools as well, raising health department concerns. In Punjab, 13 children have been found corona positive at Government Senior Secondary School, Palahad in Hoshiarpur district. Other school children are also being sampled because of their infected children. Sensing the urgency of the occasion, the Health Department has directed schools to maintain social distensing, put on masks and repair sanitizer arrangements to avoid the spread of corona infection.
The virus is believed to be making children victims of corona vaccine so far. The government school has been closed for 10 days after corona cases came to light. The Health Department has urged people not to hesitate as the corona virus is spreading again. Strictly follow all guidelines issued by the government.
So far, a total of 991 people have died due to corona in Hoshiarpur district. On the other hand, the total number of corona patients has increased to 30901. The health department has so far taken samples of a total of 951501 people. According to a report from the lab, 9,23,347 samples have been found negative. The number of active cases is still 36. It is a matter of relief that a total of 29,874 patients have recovered from corona so far.
