A shocking incident comes to light from Assam where a 14-year-old girl was brutally gang raped. She was found in an unconscious state with her hands and legs tied with a rope. According to the Police, She was gang-raped by two men in Assam's Dibrugarh. The girl had been missing since February 3. 

The 14 year old girl was found near the Athabari garden on Sunday afternoon.
 Dibrugarh Police has now arrested two people in connection with this case.  The accused have been identified as Bhaijaan Ali and Safar Ali. The Police official said, "Two people were arrested in Dibrugarh for allegedly gang-raping a 14-year-old girl. The accused have been identified as Bhaijan Ali and Safar Ali. The minor girl was found unconscious near the Athabari tea garden".

The girl was found in very bad condition. As per the information her hands and legs were tied with a rope, and it is suspected that she was gang-raped. The victim has been sent to the Assam Medical College and Hospital for treatment and examination.  As per the girl’s parent she was abducted by a man BhaijanAli on February 3 and taken to the tea garden where she was allegedly held and raped for two days. The mother of the victim suspected that Bhaijan Ali had kidnapped her daughter and questioned him. The police were informed and the two accused were arrested.

As of now the accused were booked under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, and Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) and further investigation is going on in the case. The 28-year-old accused, Dilleep Prasad, pretended to be a woman and used the aliases 'Monika' and 'Manager' on social media. He reportedly tricked as many as 13 women on the pretext of giving them job and sexually exploited them.
