The state government has given a budget of 70 crore rupees for the new vehicles to the police department in December, with which 1682 vehicles are being purchased for the new police units, new circles and police stations across the state. In this, vehicles and bikes of low, medium, heavy quality are being purchased.

There are chances of buying 980 two-wheelers, 579 low-motor vehicles, 83 medium motor vehicles, 37 heavy motor vehicles and 3 other vehicles for police stations across the state. Apart from this, sigma bikes, 2 Tata Winger ambulances, a Tata water tanker, trucks and mini trucks are also being purchased. It will be useful to deal with every situation.
