Bahraich, Police arrested, two persons who were involved in narcotics smuggling.
The accused were arrested in Rupaideeha area on Indo-Nepal border.
According to Assistant Commandant, SSB, Nitin Sharma, “Mewalal Sahu and Nanku were arrested yesterday by a joint team of Narcotics Control Bureau and Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB) and 'charas' weighing five kg was recovered from their possession”.
He further added that, the street value of drugs is about Rs 75 lakhs.
