Washington: Two people were killed and more than a dozen others wounded in a shooting in New York, the United States. All the injured have been admitted to hospital for treatment where many are reported to be in critical condition. According to media reports, the firing took place late Friday night in rochester area of New York.

According to the report, the exact number of deaths and injured have not been reported so far. According to reports, 2 persons were killed and over 12 people injured in the firing. The police have also not yet informed about the number of injured and deceased. Talking to the press, New York police officials said, police have received large-scale firing at 12:30 p.m.

The police from Goodman Street and Pennsylvania Avenue got a call on the emergency number. After which the police officers rushed to the spot. By then the police had arrived and had escaped from the spot. Thereafter, the local administration started the work of arresting the firing and transporting the injured to the hospital.
