English Football League (EFL) club Fulham said on Thursday that two of its players had turned out to be Corona positive. The EFL said in a statement that "Positives will now isolate themselves according to the EFL guidelines. Now only those players are allowed to practice on the field who are not infected with corona"
The Fulham club went on to say, "The names of the two players who have been found positive will not be disclosed and they will now be placed in isolation." Apart from the positives of two Fulham club players, yet another positive case has come up.
The EFL League is expected to start from next month. Earlier, four more people in the English Premier League (EPL) confirmed to be corona infected, which has now increased the number of Covid-19 cases to 12. EPL said that four more people have been found positive in three clubs. Those clubs, however, have not announced the names of the Covid-19 infected players. "The Premier League confirms that on Monday and Tuesday 1008 players and club staff have had the Covid-19 Test, out of which three of the club's four cases have been found positive," the Premier League said in a statement. Players have now been asked to remain in isolation for seven days."
