Dehradun: A bus fell into a gorge at Churighatti in Almora district in which 8 persons were killed and over 20 injured.
The mishap occurred when the bus fell into a deep gorge at Churighatti in Sult area around 8 AM, District Disaster Management Officer Rakesh Joshi said.
Around more than 20 people who sustained injuries have been taken to PHC Bhatrokhan and the civil hospital Ranikhet.
Rescue operations are underway in the supervision of senior officials,
