The world's leading automobile manufacturer India Kawasaki Motor has updated the new 2020 W800 Street Cruiser on its official website. 2020 Kawasaki W800 Street has now become 1 lakh rupees cheaper than the old model and its price is now 6.99 lakh rupees. The W800 Street was launched in the country last year and the company priced it at Rs 7.99 lakh (ex-showroom India). Due to this price, this bike was proving to be quite expensive in this segment, while the price of Triumph Street Twin is Rs 7.45 lakh. However, Kawasaki has made this model more aggressive after the price cut.

There has been no change in the rest of the things in Kawasaki W800 Street. In the 2020 edition, the company has just updated it to BS6 emission standards. The styling of this bike is derived from the iconic 650 cc Kawasaki W1 and features old and new round LED headlamps, tiered drop fuel tanks, spoked wheels, wide handlers and center-set foot pegs. Chrome has been used for retro themes as well as a digital readout with twin-pod instrument console, fork gators on the front forks. The W800 has been launched in a single color scheme - Metallic Flat Spark Black / Metallic Matte Graphite Gray.

Talking about power specifications, the 2020 Kawasaki W800 Street has a 773 cc vertical twin-cylinder, bevel-driven, fuel-injected air-cooled engine that generates torque of 62.9 Nm at 4800 rpm. This motorcycle comes with an assist and slip clutch, adjustable livers. A modern double-cradle frame has been used in the bike. Speaking of suspension duties, the bike has 41mm front telescopic forks and twin shock absorbers at the rear. The bike has a dual-channel ABS with 320 mm front single disc and a 270 mm single disc at the rear. In the Indian specification model, the company is offering MRF tires.
